Pink Paisleys is a passionate venture jointly created and owned by Rita(Ruijue)Wang and Sonia Tandon.
Rita is of Chinese origin and has graduated in Engineering with a specialisation in Accounting in Sydney. Somewhere down the line she decided to follow her heart and started her journey in the Food industry. Her accounting background brings a certain precision and discipline to the art of cake creation-a very much needed prerequisite. She has a specialisation in the Korean technique of buttercream piping adding to the elegance they both aim for always.
Sonia is from India and has graduated in Food Service Management, Nutrition and Dietetics and looks into the science of food. Her practical experience as Cabin crew with Emirates for 5 years has lead to an openness to experiment and innovate with new flavours which are globally up-to-date and bring art and food together. She has seven years of experience in Cake-ing, as a homebaker.
So, together they aim to bring a smile from their heart to yours.
